Services

Evonix Studio provides different services. The scope of work, timelines, and deliverables will be outlined in seprate agreements for each service.

User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information when engaging with our services.
• You and responsibe for ensuring that your use of our services and products compiles with applicable laws.
• Any misuse and unauthorized access to our services is strictly prohibited.

Intellectual Property

• An intellectual property rights, including source code, designs, and documentation, remains with Evonix Studio unless otherwise agreed in writting.
• Client receive a license to use the delivered products, subject to agreed terms.

Payments and Refunds

• Payment terms will be defined in project agreements.
• Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in a contract.
• Late Payments may result in service suspension.

Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of propietary and sensitive information.
• Any breach of confidentiality may result in legal action.

Limitation of liability

• Evonix Studio is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
• We donot guaramtee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate services for violation of these terms.
• Clients may terminate services subject to agreed notice periods and financial obligations.

Governing law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Pakistan.

Change of terms

We reserve the rights to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.

All content, trademarks and logos on this website and related material are the property of Evonix Studio unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

In no event shall Evonix Studio be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or examplary damages, included but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible loses, resulting from the use of inability to use our terms.
